Diocesan Youth Page
The Episcopal Diocese of Alabama provides various work projects, retreats, and conventions for youth in the 7th-12th grades. These events are generally held at Camp McDowell or at parishes across the diocese. They are a great opportunity to meet other Episcopal youth from around our diocese and live in Christian community together. Elected representatives of Senior High youth and youth advisors make up the Youth Department which plans events throughout the year including District Days, Christmas Conference at Camp, EYC State Convention, and Spring Break Conference. Other opportunities for diocesan events include Happening, New Beginnings, Special Session at Camp, Sawyerville Work Project, and other exciting mission opportunities. Applications and more information about these events can be found on the Diocesan youth website: http://www.dioala.org/ministries/youth.html. |
