Saint Luke’s will elect five new members to the Vestry on Sunday, October 25th. The current vestry voted and approved changes to the election process this year in light of the pandemic.

Voting begins today, Monday, October 5th.

All adult, confirmed members known to the treasurer are eligible to vote. Only one vote per email address allowed for online voting.

 There are three options available to vote.

  1. An online ballot was emailed to all adult confirmed members with an accurate email address in our database.  If you believe there is an error in your contact information please email communication@saint-lukes.com.
  2. Individuals may request a paper ballot by calling the church receptionist, Stephanie Sierke (205.871.3583). Paper ballots may be returned to designated mailboxes outside of the Maloof entrance, in Claypool Commons, or returned via mail. The mailboxes are white and clearly marked.
  3. In-person elections will take place Sunday, October 25th from 7:30 am to Noon, or 4:30 pm to 6 pm at a designated location.

 All ballots must be received by October 25th at 6 pm.
