Summer Link: Staying Connected in Community this Summer

May 25, 2022 | Childrens, Education Opportunities, Saint Luke's Updates, Youth

Dear Friends,

The summertime can be a wonderful opportunity for rest and refreshment, and we all know this is a “quiet time” in our community. Thanks to streaming options and technology, we have an unprecedented way to stay connected year-round. Over the last couple of years, we have invested heavily in video production, and our worship at 11:00 a.m. is offered year-round on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

I’d like for us all to consider how we can stay connected to our church community this summer as we begin a season of rest and looser schedules. We are having some fun with this and calling it our Summer Link. I’m asking each member and family to stay connected to Saint Luke’s each week, no matter where we are.  This can be in person on Sunday mornings or via live-stream at 11 a.m. The beauty of this technology is that you can also catch the service at a later date if you need to!

Finding the service is easy, and several options are available. Watch live on Sunday mornings via Youtube or Facebook at 11 a.m. These services remain available after the service is streamed. In addition, all previous services can be found on our website here.

Looking for some additional summer reflection? The Jericho Road podcast is an excellent place to start. Click here and “follow” the Saint Luke’s podcast.

I look forward to praying with you again and again, whether in town or out!

Yours in Christ,

Rich
